Spring Conditioning Open + Gator Calendar Subscriptions
We've just opened our Youth Spring Swim Conditioning Program!
What? Youth Spring Conditioning!
When? February 19- March 26 (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Minis, 5-8 years old, 4:00-4:30 pm
Mightys, 9-11 years old, 4:30- 5:15 pm
Megas, 12 + years old, 5:15-6:15 pm
Coaches: Kelley Tooke (TBD other coaches)
All swimmers must be able swimmers, motivated to swim repeats of 25 yards without in-water assistance.
Note: Subject to swimming ability/experience and the number of participants, some swimmers may be asked to move to a different group.
