OPTIONAL SATURDAY (July 15th) PRACTICE 11& UP ONLY 10-11:30 AM:

We will have an optional Warm up tomorrow morning for 11 & Up Champs swimmers only. We will do a short meet warm up and Coach Helen will be there to greet you and help practice any dives, turns and last minute technique touch ups!

10:00-10:30: 11-12's

10:30-11:00: 13-14's

11:00-11:30: 15 & Up's
